Dental caries is primarily the result of improper oral hygiene. Caries prevention involves brushing your teeth at least twice a day, cleaning interdental spaces, and using mouthwash. HOW TO USE: Measure approximately 2/3 of the cap and rinse your mouth for about 30 seconds. Do not dilute. Use 2-3 times a day after brushing your teeth. Do not swallow or rinse your mouth with water. For professional oral hygiene, it is best to use it together with an anti-cavity dental paste.
