4 simple steps to using WOOM whitening strips: 1. Preparation: Open the pouch and remove the strips. Hold them with dry hands. Carefully peel the whitening strips from the clear film. 2. Application: Dry your teeth with a paper towel. First apply the bottom strip, then the top. Using a mirror, place the gel side of the strip against your front teeth. Align the straight edge of the strip along your gumline. Gently press the strips against your teeth with your fingertips – first at the front (2-3 seconds), then curling and pressing at the back of your teeth. 3. While wearing: Avoid eating or drinking while the strips are in use. 4. After use: Remove the strips and thoroughly remove any gel residue from your teeth with water or a toothbrush.
