Welloxon Perfect is an oxidizing emulsion for Koleston Perfect hair color and Blondor lighteners, guaranteeing optimal and long-lasting results. Welloxon Perfect with stabilizer is available in three concentrations: 6%, 9%, and 12%. This offers greater flexibility in individually determining the mixing ratios, depending on the hair structure and client's wishes. The stabilizing complex contained in Welloxon Perfect ensures the even release of oxygen throughout the product's action time. This results in a uniform effect combined with perfect hair coverage. Strength of individual concentrations: 6% - for coloring darker (tone for tone) and 1 shade lighter; 9% - for lightening by 2 shades; 12% - for lightening by 3 to 4 shades. Capacity: 1000ml
