How does the VITAMMY UFO work?
The device works by sending a small electric charge to the metal teeth of the comb. When the comb comes into contact with a louse, an orange light lights up, signaling that an unwanted pest has been detected, and the device sends an electric charge to kill it.
Effective on lice and nits
The VITAMMY UFO is ideal for eliminating adult lice. It also helps comb out nits, but does not kill eggs, some of which may remain on the hair. Therefore, to ensure that all parasites are eliminated, it is recommended to use the device every 2-3 days for 16 days.
Simple operation in a few steps
1. The VITAMMY UFO should be used on dry, clean, previously combed hair. The hair should be free of any styling products or lice-killing substances.
2. To begin use, remove the head cover and then slide the switch to the middle position. If the battery is charged, the green power-on indicator light will illuminate.
3. Slide the switch forward again to illuminate the LED flashlight, which will help you find lice.
4. When combing, hold the comb at a 45° angle and comb as close to the hair roots as possible.
5. If a lice is encountered, the device will kill it and indicate this by lighting up the orange LED.
6. Remove dead lice from the comb using the brush built into the cover. Once the indicator light goes out, you can continue combing.
