Flat head, fork head, ball head, conical head, cork head, paddle-shaped head, cushioned head, head with protrusions
Flat head - used to work large muscle bellies, prepare the fascia for further massage, gives a medium relaxation effect.
Fork head - ideal for working out intermuscular partitions (biceps, calf muscles, back of the thigh muscles, paraspinal muscles in the thoracic and lumbar sections). Allows for a gradual increase in range of motion.
Ball head - for massaging muscles and fascia after training. It can be used on smaller muscle groups, such as the forearms. It is effective in loosening the paraspinal muscles below the cervical spine. It produces a strong relaxing effect.
Conical head - for treating very painful areas, enabling precise work on areas of discomfort, increased tension, and restricted mobility. It is excellent for working on trigger points and loosening the plantar fascia. Not suitable for working on bones!
Cork head - with reduced hardness. Ideal for working on soft tissue. Excellent for abdominal muscles, sculpting lines, and relaxation.

How to use the VITAMMY BODY 8 massage gun?
Choose one of the eight available heads, suitable for the part of the body to be massaged. Turn on the device by sliding the ON/OFF switch to the ON position. Start the device using the touch panel and select the desired speed (from 1 to 7). Each subsequent touch of the panel will switch the device to a higher speed. The device will automatically turn off after 10 minutes of continuous operation, making it easier to count down the time for subsequent treatments. Before putting the massager away, move the switch to the OFF position. When massaging, move the gun slowly and carefully. Movements should be made along the muscle bands. The included instruction manual contains instructions on how to properly massage specific body parts.
