Choose one of the eight available heads, appropriate for the part of the body to be massaged. Turn on the device by sliding the ON/OFF switch to the ON position. Turn on the device using the touch panel and select the desired speed (from 1 to 7). Each subsequent touch of the panel will switch the device to a higher speed. The device automatically turns off after 10 minutes of continuous operation, making it easier to count down the time for subsequent treatments. Before putting the massager away, move the switch to the OFF position. When massaging, move the gun slowly and carefully. Movements should be made along the muscle bands. The included instruction manual contains instructions on how to properly massage individual body parts.
