Each Ultra Bilberry, Lutein & Zeaxanthin tablet contains 10 mg of lutein (as free lutein), 2 mg of zeaxanthin, and 500 mg of concentrated blueberry extract. The blueberry used is a high-quality extract, selected and standardized for anthocyanin content. Anthocyanins are active substances found in blueberries; they are a type of flavonoid and natural pigment that give these berries their characteristic dark blue color.
Directions: One tablet daily with a main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Ultra Bilberry, Lutein & Zeaxanthin can be taken for any length of time. May be used in conjunction with other Vitabiotics products.
