The Kinecare compress is a fast-acting, non-invasive compress designed for effective and natural pain relief. Its specially contoured shape allows for heat or cold therapy on the knee. It has a strap and a comfortable velvet side that protects the body from frostbite.

Cold use:
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Apply the product to the intended area for no more than 20 minutes, remembering to allow a 20-minute break before applying the product again.
Make sure the temperature of the product is suitable for the patient before applying it.
Warm use:
Microwave heating: Place the thermal pillow flat in the microwave. Check that the edges of the thermal pillow do not touch the walls of the microwave. Heat the thermal pad according to the specified temperatures and heating times (table in the user manual).
The temperature of the product may be higher at its edges. It is recommended to crush the product slightly to distribute the temperature evenly. Before use, always check the temperature of the product by touch (it should be even in all parts) to avoid burns. If the thermal pad is too hot, allow it to cool. If the thermal pad is not warm enough, you can place it back in the microwave, turning it over. Observe the additional heating time. Note: the product should not be too hot to cause discomfort. Apply it to the intended area for no longer than 20 minutes, remembering to wait 20 minutes before applying the product again.
The frozen compress maintains the temperature for 20 minutes.
