Cold use:
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Apply the product to the intended area for no more than 20 minutes, remembering to allow a 20-minute break before applying the product again.
Ensure that the product temperature is suitable for the patient before applying it.
Warm use:
Heating in a microwave: Place the thermal pillow flat in the microwave. Make sure that the edges of the thermal pillow do not touch the walls of the microwave. Heat the thermal pillow according to the specified temperatures and heating times (table in the user manual).
The temperature of the product may be higher at its edges. It is recommended to slightly crush the product to distribute the temperature evenly. Before use, always check the temperature of the product by touch (it should be even in all parts) to avoid burns. If the thermal pillow is too hot, allow it to cool down. If the thermal pad isn't warm enough, you can microwave it again, flipping it over. Be sure to observe the reheating time. Note: The product shouldn't be too hot to cause discomfort. Apply it to the intended area for no longer than 20 minutes, remembering to wait 20 minutes before applying the product again.
