Properties: Increases circulation, reduces inflammation, fights viruses, fights free radicals, relieves depression, stimulates the immune system and libido.
WARNING - very strong oil, use only highly diluted.
Scent: spicy, sweet, earthyCombines well with: basil, lemon, clove, lavender, orange, thyme, ylang-ylang.
HOW TO USE: Bath - fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils (previously mixed with carrier oil). For one bath, use 6-12 drops of oil mixed in one tablespoon (10ml) of carrier oil.Massage – add the selected essential oils to the carrier oil intended for massage. Pour approximately 50 ml of carrier oil into a glass bowl or bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil, and mix. Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool, dark place. Shake the bottle before each use. For one teaspoon (5ml) of base oil, you usually add 2-3 drops of essential oils.Spraying - fill the water container in the aroma burner or diffuser with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil.Sauna - add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water.
