Oregano Essential Oil (Origanum vulgare)Properties:For beautyWARNING - very strong oil, use only highly diluted. Oregano oil is used for disinfecting baths and compresses for bacterial eczema. It refreshes and relaxes. For health:Oregano is effective for eczema, psoriasis and fungal infections, rheumatic conditions, pain, shingles, and neuralgia. It is the most important antiseptic oil in aromatherapy.Fragrance: aromatic, strong, herbal. Combines well with: basil, bergamot, cinnamon, lemon, clove, tangerine.
HOW TO USE:Bath – fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils (previously mixed with a carrier oil). For one bath, use 6-12 drops of oil mixed in one tablespoon (10ml) of carrier oil.Massage – add the selected essential oils to the base oil intended for massage. Pour approximately 50ml of carrier oil into a glass bowl or bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil, and mix. Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool, dark place. Shake the bottle before each use. For one teaspoon (5ml) of base oil, usually 2-3 drops of essential oils are used.Spraying – fill the water container in the aroma burner or diffuser with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil.Sauna – add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water.PURE ESSENTIAL OILS 100% NATURAL FOR SKIN CONTACT ALWAYS USE DILUTEDAttention!
