Hydrophilic Cleansing Oil effectively removes waterproof makeup, SPF, and everyday impurities while protecting the skin's hydrolipid barrier. The formula, based on natural plant oils and vitamin E, soothes and moisturizes. In contact with water, the oil turns into a velvety foam that rinses off easily and leaves no greasy residue.
