In this formula, we use three different types of vitamin C simultaneously. Why? The answer is very simple: because the effects of vitamin C vary in different layers of the skin, we apply the appropriate type of vitamin C where it is needed. There are many types of vitamin C used in cosmetics, but we've selected the most stable and innovative to ensure maximum product effectiveness across all skin layers.
C-TETRA EF contains 10% Tetra vitamin C, which is highly biocompatible and fat-soluble. Being fat-soluble allows this type of vitamin C to be transported to the deepest layers of the skin. Here, its action focuses on melanocytes and collagen synthesis (to prevent and combat wrinkles). The formula is complemented by Ascorbyl Methylsilanol Pectinate and Ascorbyl Glucoside, two highly stable and water-soluble derivatives of vitamin C. They act on the skin's surface, giving it radiance and reducing the appearance of common imperfections.
The formula is also enriched with other antioxidants: vitamin E and ferulic acid, an award-winning combination that enhances the product's overall antioxidant action to further protect the skin from free radicals all day long.
