Enzymatic Facial Peel, 75 ml
An exfoliating preparation based on the proteolysis of dead skin cells. Its unique formula, rich in highly nourishing and moisturizing oils and butters, preserves 100% of the activity of the bromelain and papain enzymes. The peel gently yet effectively dissolves dead, calloused cells, smoothes and improves skin texture, and evens out skin tone. Its superficial action prevents irritation and can be used on hypersensitive and dilated capillaries, as well as on those who cannot tolerate mechanical treatments and/or acid exfoliation. The peel is scented with lemon, geranium, and lemongrass oils. Pelargonium [Latin: Pelargonum graveolens] Pelargonium, also known as geranium or tonsillitis, can be used to flavor beverages and teas, and its scent is also an effective mosquito repellent. The essential oil, extracted from the needles of the leaves, is widely valued in pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, especially in the perfume industry. Its main ingredient is geraniol, a powerful antioxidant. Geranium oil is also used in products for mature skin for its soothing, redness-reducing, and firming properties.
