- Bring a swimsuit, flip-flops, a towel, and shower gel.
- Do not eat large meals, eat a light meal, and do not drink large amounts of fluids.
- Eliminate shaving and hair removal the day before your visit – the concentrated brine can cause stinging and irritation.
