Vacuum insulation is placed between the two steel walls of the thermos, ensuring the beer retains the temperature at which it was poured. The tight seal prevents spillage during transport and maintains the desired temperature for 18 hours (beer or mulled wine), and 24 hours (cold). The temperature-retention measurements provided are for a full container, unopened for the specified period. Using it during this time will result in a gradual loss of its initial temperature. To optimize the performance of thermoses and mugs, fill them with hot or cold water and leave them tightly closed for five minutes before placing the desired products inside.
