How to perform a massage? Here are some tips:
Brushing the bust area: Start on the left side, working from the armpit under the breast, working upwards. Repeat this motion 5-10 times on each breast. Then, use straight strokes from the nipple towards the neck, working upwards. Repeat this motion 5-10 times on each side.
Brushing the neck area: Lift your head up and use gentle up-and-down strokes. Remember not to apply too much pressure.
Brushing the décolleté and shoulders: Make large circles with the brush on the décolleté. Don't forget the arms either. Do 5-10 repetitions of each stroke.
Brushing the armpit area:
Use a brisk, downward stroke from the forearm. Repeat 5-10 times.
