The massager can be used wet or dry. Depending on individual needs, we recommend massaging the scalp for approximately 5-8 minutes. Exfoliating Glove - Exfoliation Instructions: Soak your body in warm water for at least 5 minutes in a bathtub or shower. Do not use any cosmetics! Then, wet the Skine silk exfoliating glove under water – it will shrink to the size of your hand! Now that the glove is snug, you can squeeze out excess water. Turn off the shower or bathtub water and remove excess water from your body. Your body should not be dripping wet! Start rubbing your body with the palm and middle of your hand. Skin redness is completely normal after a peel, as it stimulates circulation and removes dead skin cells.
