2-in-1 Electric Nail Dust Extractor, 1 pc.

The 2-in-1 No Dust Electric Nail Dust Extractor is a professional solution for quick and safe removal of hybrid nail polish. This high-quality manicure device allows you to easily shape cuticles, prepare nail plates, and remove hybrid manicures in the comfort of your home. Thanks to the built-in, bagless dust extractor, you not only gain extra desk space while creating your manicure, but also take care of your health. The built-in dust extractor removes dust from nails during the manicure, significantly eliminating exposure to inhaling harmful particles. It has a special filter inside that absorbs dust and prevents it from escaping. The touchscreen panel allows for smooth speed regulation, changing the milling direction, and simple control of the extractor mode. The lightweight and handy handle ensures vibration-free operation. Key features of the milling machine: The ergonomic design of the No Dust milling machine is two devices in one: a manicure milling machine and a built-in dust collector. The built-in dust collector removes nail dust generated during manicure treatments. It has a replaceable filter. Guaranteed cleanliness and safety. The dust collector is easy to clean. It features smooth speed regulation up to 30,000 RPM. Safe and quiet operation, free from vibrations. A touchscreen panel allows for smooth speed regulation and direction changes. Touchscreen control panel for dust collector mode. Quick and easy filter replacement. Simple milling tip replacement system. Device power: 48W Absorber power: 216m3/h The set includes: Absorber (1x) Milling head - handle (1x) Head holder (1x) Power cable (1x) Technical data: Dimensions: 250.3x250.3x69 mm Net weight: 1.51 kg Rotation speed: 30,000 RPM Input voltage: 110-240V 50/60Hz Output voltage: 24 VDC / 2 A Power: 48W (max) HOW TO USE THE MILLING MACHINE Step 1: Select the cutter, release the handle, place the cutter in the head and lock. Step 2: Connect the handle and cable to the milling socket on the device. Step 3: Connect the power device to control the power via the DC socket. Step 4: Press the START/POWER button on the device. The first touch of the fan icon activates a faster operating mode; the second touch of the icon switches the device to a lower operating mode. Step 5: Select a mode (high/low) and start working. Step 6: Select "+" or "-" to increase or decrease the router's rotation speed. Step 7: If necessary, change the router's rotation direction using the arrow button, first reducing the router's rotation speed to 0. Step 8: Press the START/POWER button to turn off the device and disconnect the adapter if the device will not be used for an extended period. FILTER REPLACEMENT • Make sure the device is turned off, then lift the top filter cover with the holes. • Pull the fabric tab to remove the entire filter. • Insert/place a new filter, then reinstall the filter cover. REPLACING THE MILLING BITS • Turn the cutter locking mechanism counterclockwise so that the arrow aligns with the open padlock symbol (you will hear a characteristic click), and then place the Semilac cutter in the head so that the distance between the end of the handle and the beginning of the cutter head is approximately 5-10 mm. This distance depends on the length of the shaft on which the cutter head is mounted and the individual techniques of the person operating the device. • The cutter should not protrude too much when placed in the handle, as this may cause the handle to vibrate and the device to become noisy. • The cutter should not rest all the way on the head, as pressing too hard may damage the head mechanism. • If you feel resistance after inserting the cutter into the sleeve (it will be inserted all the way), slide it forward a few millimeters. Once the bit is properly inserted, turn the bit locking mechanism clockwise until the arrow aligns with the closed padlock symbol (you will hear a characteristic click). NOTE • Disconnect the power supply if the cosmetic dust collector is not in use. • If the filter cover is removed without first disconnecting the power supply, the device will stop working and enter safe mode; the appropriate mode LED will flash. After replacing the filter and reinserting the filter cover, the device will resume operation. • The filter is replaceable; it should be replaced after 2-3 months of use or immediately if damaged. For proper operation of the device, it is necessary to clean the filter frequently, preferably after each manicure. Remove accumulated dust after nail treatment, for example, by blowing it with compressed air or shaking it. • Filters must not be soaked or dampened in any way.
