Preparation: Apply to Light Blonde or previously lightened hair. Apply to damp, towel-dried hair. If applying the Tinting Cream to previously lightened hair, neutralize it with BLONDME Shine Conditioner for Blonde Hair. Mixing: Prepare the Tinting Cream and Premier Care Developer in equal 1:1 proportions. Recommended Developer concentration: 2% for previously lightened hair, 6% for naturally blonde hair. Always mix the Cream and Developer until smooth. Application: Apply the mixture immediately after preparation. Apply the product generously for best coverage of white hair and lightening results. Processing time: 15-30 min. at room temperature. No additional heat source required. Rinse: Rinse hair thoroughly, shampoo, and follow with BLONDME care products. Note: All BLONDME Tinted Creams are mixable, allowing you to create your own individual styles.
