Essential oil, 10 ml

Natural essential oil from tulsi leaves, also known as Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum, Ocimum tenuiflorum). The scent of tulsi is unique – it combines the freshness of green leaves with the sweetness and spiciness of Indian spices. It's an intense, balsamic scent, simultaneously crisp like mint and warm like clove. The word "tusli" means "incomparable," and indeed, this oil is unrivaled in aromatherapy. It has a beneficial effect on health, well-being, and skin condition. Properties of tulsi oil: stimulates action, uplifts the spirit, has a positive effect on the ability to concentrate, helps restore inner peace and serenity, cleanses, refreshes, and disinfects the air, has antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties, soothes acne and skin inflammation, reduces dandruff (use as an addition to shampoo and masks), has a beneficial effect on the nervous, respiratory, and digestive systems (the tulsi aroma stimulates appetite and the secretion of digestive juices), and acts as a mosquito repellent. Uses of tulsi oil: anxiety and stress, concentration problems, physical and mental exhaustion, colds and weakened immunity, acne, dandruff. According to Ayurveda, tulsi oil is especially recommended for Kapha individuals. How to use tulsi oil: Enriching cosmetics: Add a few drops of oil to your favorite cream, balm, or shampoo. For acne-prone and oily skin, it is recommended to use tulsi oil in combination with a green clay mask. Massage: Mix 3 tablespoons of carrier oil (we recommend grapeseed oil and almond oil) with 4 drops of tulsi oil. Massage the mixture into the bowl of the aromatherapy burner filled with water, starting from the feet and working towards the heart. Air Fragrancing: Add a few drops of oil to the water-filled bowl of the aromatherapy burner. Place a lit tealight candle inside the burner. The candle's light will heat the water in the bowl and release the volatile aromatic substances into the air. Inhalation: Add a few drops of tulsi oil to a bowl of hot water. Lean carefully over the steam and cover your head with a towel. This treatment will help clear the nostrils and provide relief from colds. Tulsi oil blends well with eucalyptus, pine, sage, lemon, citronella, lime, and orange oils. Contraindications to the use of Tulsi oil: Tulsi oil should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. It is also not recommended for people with asthma or epilepsy. Consult a specialist before using this oil on children. Do not use on infants or children under 12 years of age. Do not apply undiluted directly to the skin. This product is intended for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Capacity: 10 ml.
