Prenatal LAKTO
Prenatal LAKTO is a dietary supplement for postpartum and breastfeeding women. It contains, among others, DHA, lutein, choline, and a complex of essential ingredients, selected for their beneficial effects on mother and child1,2, including active folate in the portion recommended by PTGiP3. The ingredients support the regeneration of the mother's body after childbirth (iron, vitamins B6 and B12*) and provide the baby with important substances supporting the development of the brain and eyes (DHA**).
Prenatal LAKTO consists of two types of capsules:
- Prenatal LAKTO ① capsules containing active folate, myo-inositol, choline, microencapsulated iron, lactoferrin, vitamins D, B6 and B12 and iodine.
- Prenatal LAKTO ② capsules containing high-quality DHA (200 mg), lutein, zeaxanthin and β-carotene.
According to the current position of PTGiP3 2024, Prenatal LAKTO contains only the active form of folates (calcium L-methylfolate) in the recommended daily portion of 800 μg.

- Iodine contributes to the normal growth of children.
- Iron contributes to the normal cognitive development of children and the normal production of red blood cells and hemoglobin*, also during the postpartum period.
- Vitamin D contributes to the normal growth and development of bones in children, and together with vitamins B6, B12 and folate contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
- Folate, vitamin B12, B6 and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue*, also during the postpartum period.
Instructions for use:
Consume 1 capsule of Prenatal LAKTO ① and 1 capsule of Prenatal LAKTO ② once daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for the functioning of the human body. The beneficial effects of the preparation's ingredients, referred to in health claims, result from the appropriate amount of active ingredients used according to the directions for use.
Do not use other dietary supplements containing vitamin D, iodine, or folates/folic acid. Use Prenatal LAKTO ① after consulting a doctor.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any of the preparation's ingredients. Decompensated hyperthyroidism. This product is intended for adult women.
Storage:
