The acid-free formula allows the base to be applied under absolutely all hard materials: Builder, IQ, and POLYFLEX gels, while simultaneously strengthening the adhesion of the materials to the nail plate. Indispensable for rebuilding damaged nails. The base can be filed with a nail file or drill to improve the shape. The perfect solution for eliminating colored coatings and strengthening natural nails.

APPLICATION METHOD:
- Prepare the nail plate with PNB buff, remove the gloss.
- Apply auxiliary fluids: Nail Dehydrator and Bond Control to the entire nail plate.
- Apply Scotch Base PNB (material polymerization - 90 sec.).
- Remove the dispersion layer with Nail Prep.
- Apply the colored gel polish in 1-2 layers (material polymerization 60 sec.).
- Apply the PNB top coat.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Polymerization time in a 48W lamp is 90 seconds.
- When leveling on a thin nail plate, we recommend using LOW HEAT MODE.
- When leveling with a base on a healthy nail plate, minimal heat is produced. Warmth.
* Wet-Layer Sticker Technique:
- UV/LED Scotch Base PNB is applied to the dried color coat, dried for 4 seconds in a 48-watt PNB LED lamp. In the fourth second, remove the hand and evenly apply the sticker, drying it in the LED lamp for 60 seconds.
- Remove the styling hand and apply a thin layer of UV/LED Scotch Base PNB again, polymerize in the lamp, and top coat with PNB top coat.
