Hygge Regeneration Iodine-Bromine Salt
Original, highly mineralized Bochnia Iodine-Bromine Salt is an essence of minerals with a high content of iodine, magnesium, and calcium. It is an ideal source of regeneration, relaxation, and well-being.
The mineral bath has a moisturizing and regenerating effect, and also supports the care of skin affected by psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. The appropriate solution concentration, along with the optimal temperature of approximately 38°C, affects not only the skin and mucous membranes, but also indirectly the entire body, relieving nervous tension and stress.
Bochnia Iodine-Bromine Salt does not contain any dyes, artificial fragrances, or preservatives. It is widely used in both the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
A warm bath with iodine-bromine salt regenerates after physical exertion. It moisturizes, nourishes, and smoothes the skin. Due to its fine-crystalline structure, it can be used for home exfoliation, which helps reduce cellulite.
Application
- Regenerating bath - pour 200g of the product (10 tablespoons) into 100l of water in a bathtub. Then immerse yourself in the mineral bath for 10 to 15 minutes. If possible, do not rinse off after bathing.
- Exfoliating massage - Apply a small amount of the product to damp skin in circular motions until the product dissolves, then rinse with warm water. For best results, mix the salt with a small amount of Optima Natura sweet almond oil before use.
Suitable for use in a sauna.
- Improving the microclimate - In the room where you want to improve the air quality, place a bowl of hot, steaming water and dissolve 60g of salt (3 tablespoons) in it. Close the room and wait until the water stops evaporating.
Contraindications: irritated and injured skin, open wounds, allergy to any of the cosmetic ingredients.
A precipitate may form after use. Always keep the packaging tightly closed.
Use regularly, 2-3 times a week.
