Natural Lemon Essential Oil, 10 ml
Natural Lemon Essential Oil
Lemon peel extract is known for its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, stimulating, and mood-boosting properties, like many other citrus oils. It perfectly supports concentration and relieves discomfort during colds or menopause.
Lemon oil is often used in cosmetology and dermatology. Among other things, it combats dandruff, minimizes discoloration, stretch marks, and varicose veins. It also positively affects concentration, helps with insomnia and chronic fatigue, relaxes, and helps regain vitality.
Using Lemon Oil
Lemon oil should be diluted before application to the skin. It should not be used immediately before sun exposure; you must wait at least 12 hours. Before first use, it's worth doing an allergy test, because although it's a completely natural and vegan product, it may cause allergic reactions.
It's most often used to aromatize rooms, using a diffuser, humidifier, or aromatherapy burner. You can add 4-6 drops to a bathtub filled with warm water for a relaxing soak. It also works well as a massage oil, combined with other oils or your favorite balm.
Spray your favorite scent wherever you are – for use at home, the gym, work, or in the sauna, among other places.
