Thanks to its high antioxidant content, lemon balm oil has a beneficial effect on the skin. It has disinfectant and antiseptic properties, making it a valuable ingredient in antifungal and anti-acne preparations.
The fresh, lemony-herbal scent blends perfectly with citrus and floral oils.
Before use, it is recommended to perform an allergy test on a small area of the body. Lemon balm oil should always be diluted, like other essential oils.

Sprinkle your favorite scent wherever you are – for use in, among other places. at home, in the gym, at work or in the sauna.
- Diffusers and humidifiers (5-8 drops per liter of water)
- Aroma burners (3-4 drops per water tank)
- Relaxing bath (3-6 drops in a bathtub with warm water)
- Aromatherapy massage (1 drop per 1 tablespoon of Optima Natura base oil)
