MCT oil is derived from coconut/palm oil. Produced in a facility that processes ingredients containing allergens: yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish or shellfish. Recommended daily dose: Adults: 20 drops (0.56ml), children (4 years and older): 4 drops (0.112ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Directions for use: Adults: take 4 drops 1 to 5 times daily. Children: administer 4 drops once daily. May be taken directly or added to a drink. Best taken with a meal containing fat. If the dropper comes into contact with the lips or oral cavity, wash and dry it thoroughly before placing it back in the bottle and closing the bottle. Storage: Store in a cool and dry place.
