Emollients are key in hair care. Cocooning, protecting, smoothing, and protecting what's most important: hydration and health. Nowa Kosmetyka simply couldn't miss an emollient mask. The focus is on a high content of unsaturated fatty acids, the use of plant wax, which is unmatched in protecting against damage, and the addition of herbs, which means that despite the richness of emollients, the mask doesn't strip hair of volume.
The mask is universal and suitable for all hair types, and its effects can be easily adjusted to your hair's needs based on the amount and frequency of use.
What's inside?* Hemp oil - a source of unsaturated fatty acids and therefore a favorite for high porosity hair. However, the phytosterols, phospholipids, and vitamins D and E it contains can benefit all hair types. Hemp oil rebuilds the hair's lipid barrier, adds elasticity and shine, and by keeping hair in good condition, it also helps protect its color. * Candelilla Wax – an emollient that retains moisture within the hair. It coats the hair's surface, protecting it from damage and adding shine. * Aqueous Linden Blossom Extract – known for its fantastic shine-boosting and styling properties. Linden blossom contains over 20 flavonoids, phytosterols, terpenes, gums, pectins, and mineral salts, but what we're most interested in for hair care is the mucilage – which lightly coats the hair and retains moisture. Their action perfectly complements emollients in protecting hair and adding shine. Additionally, linden flower extract adds volume.* Cetearyl alcohol - an emollient that smooths and retains moisture in the hair.* Behentrimonium methosulfate - a mysterious-sounding (but plant-derived) cationic surfactant. Translated from chemist's terms, it reduces static electricity and facilitates combing.* Vitamin E - rightly called the vitamin of youth. Protects skin and hair from oxidants, thus maintaining their condition (and color!).* Xanthan Gum - responsible for the mask's consistency and an additional dose of hydration. Citric Acid - balances the pH and provides light hydration. Vanilla Absolute - a natural concentrated vanilla extract that adds a touch of hydration to the mask's nourishing properties and enhances the linden scent, making it even sweeter and warmer. This mask is free from unnecessary fillers, artificial flavors, and dyes. It is preserved with a mixture of benzyl alcohol and dehydroacetic acid, approved by Ecocert and others. It is silicone-free, and because we know how important it is to establish your own PEH balance, no proteins have been added. Use a very small amount of the mask (half a teaspoon is enough).
