Delicate or uncompromising? Lyrical or specific? Choice is important, but in the case of this balm, it's simply... unnecessary. The "Rose with a Claw" balm has it all: an uncompromising and natural composition full of goodness, to which it also owes its beautiful, authentic, and fabulous scent.
In a world full of synthetic fragrances and all manner of "nature-identical" references, we opted for pure, unprecedented madness: using what is truly natural: Damask rose flower oil and pink pepper extract. Why this choice? The scent of Damask rose oil is unmatched and difficult to even describe in words. The Queen of Flowers contains an incomparable number of ingredients compared to other oils, which translates into a simultaneous jammy sweetness and tart freshness, incredible elegance and innocent simplicity. The perfect pair for such a well-balanced lady is pink pepper extract: feisty, with an intense, strong, and well-crystallized character.
The balm bases its care on two different, unrefined oils: sunflower lecithin and green tea extract. It nourishes and protects the skin, doing the same for your well-being.
What's in the balm?* Linseed oil - an oil exceptionally rich in triglycerides of unsaturated fatty acids: linolenic, linoleic, and oleic. It has invaluable properties for supporting skin regeneration, soothing, accelerating healing, and limiting water evaporation from the epidermis, making it ideal for the care of persistently dry and problematic skin, including skin affected by various dermatoses.* Coconut oil - a certain contrast to light linseed oil: rich primarily in saturated fatty acids, it replenishes the epidermal lipid barrier and effectively protects it from water loss. Loved by dry skin - it wonderfully smooths, tones, and softens. Because the oil is cold-pressed and unrefined, it has an incredibly pleasant coconut aroma.* Urea - a moisturizing ingredient naturally produced by our skin that does not block pores. It helps retain water in the epidermis, smoothing and softening.* Sunflower lecithin - a mixture of phospholipids, which are a component of every living cell. Easily absorbed by the skin. It smoothes, supports regeneration, and softens the skin. Interestingly and uniquely, it also replenishes the hydrolipid barrier, preventing skin dryness, and increases the absorption of active ingredients, which is an additional advantage in skincare.* Vitamin E – rightly called the vitamin of youth: it nourishes, regenerates, helps the skin recover from irritations, and slows the aging process.* Cetyl alcohol and glyceryl monostearate – emollients that impede water evaporation from the skin and give the cream a pleasant consistency.* Damask rose essential oil – an oil obtained through steam distillation of rose flowers, a natural treasure with a very complex composition and an extremely pleasant scent: balanced, elegant, fresh, and sweet at the same time. It also has significant nourishing properties, especially for dry and mature skin, and is helpful in soothing various types of inflammation (including hair follicles).* Pink pepper extract – a chic yet playful complement to the rose scent: hot, sharp, vibrant, fresh, and slightly woody.* Green tea extract (standardized to 95% polyphenol content) – has antioxidant properties, protects against free radicals, and helps maintain skin's youthfulness and firmness. It regenerates and tones, controls inflammation, and strengthens blood vessels, making it ideal for more demanding skin.* Xanthan gum and citric acid provide a stable consistency and an additional dose of hydration. The cream is preserved with a mixture approved by Ecocert, among others – benzyl alcohol and dehydroacetic acid. These are added in minimal amounts to prevent the growth of harmful microorganisms. And that's all. No dyes or other unnecessary fillers have been added. Since the balm contains ingredients that may cause allergic reactions (like the plants from which they are derived), it is recommended to conduct an allergy test, e.g., on your forearm. To do this, apply a small amount of the balm 48 hours before application. Do not rinse it off and observe your skin's reaction.
