Some things are natural, but at the same time, it's a part of our nature that we'd like to tame and keep in check. The goal of a natural deodorant is to reduce the unpleasant odor of sweat while maintaining the thermoregulation process. This goal was achieved by using additives that absorb and limit the growth of bacteria that break down sweat into simple compounds that produce unpleasant odors.
The "Green Rose" deodorant is a thick cream with a nourishing formula that absorbs into the skin and leaves no white marks. The fragrances used are two natural essential oils – from rose flowers and mint leaves. Mint adds freshness, lightness, and life to the rose, while the rose gives its green companion elegance and charm. The scent is delicate, light, and unobtrusive.
What's in the deodorant?* Zinc ricinoleate – absorbs unpleasant odors without blocking the secretion of sweat or hindering thermoregulation.* Unrefined linseed oil – an oil exceptionally rich in triglycerides of unsaturated fatty acids: linolenic, linoleic, and Oleic acid. It soothes, accelerates healing, and limits water evaporation from the epidermis, making it ideal for the care of dry and problematic skin.* Cetearyl olivate and sorbitan olivate - soften the skin and give the deodorant a pleasant, creamy consistency.* Urea - a component of the natural moisturizing factor (NMF), which maintains the hydration of the outer layer of the epidermis. Moisturizes without blocking pores, and at the same time hinders bacterial growth.* Radish ferment - an ingredient that protects both the cosmetic and selected body parts against bacterial growth - natural and moisturizing at the same time. * Vitamin E - nourishes, regenerates, helps the skin recover from any irritation. Slows down the aging process.* Oil Damask rose essential oil - an oil obtained by steam distillation of rose flowers, a natural treasure with a very complex composition and an extremely pleasant scent. It has significant nourishing properties, especially for dry and mature skin, and is also helpful in soothing various types of inflammation (including hair follicles).* Peppermint essential oil - a distinctly refreshing essential oil that limits bacterial growth and the formation of unpleasant odors.* Xanthan gum and citric acid - are responsible for the stable consistency and an additional dose of hydration. The cream is preserved with radish ferment and a mixture of benzyl alcohol and dehydroacetic acid - these are naturally occurring compounds approved for use in natural cosmetics by, among others, Ecocert. They were used in minimal quantities.
It is known that the absence or presence of various substances can help you decide whether to purchase or not – the "Green Rose" deodorant does not contain ethyl alcohol, soda, or aluminum compounds.
Due to the fact that the deodorant contains two essential oils, which, like the plants from which they come, can cause allergic reactions, it is recommended to conduct an allergy test, e.g., on your forearm. To do this, apply a small amount of the deodorant 48 hours before application, do not rinse it off, and observe your skin's reaction.
