Mountain hike? Bike trip? Headphones in and a run in the park, or maybe an hour on the elliptical trainer? It's completely irrelevant, but a bit of muscle relaxation while stimulating circulation is a great way to wrap up your athletic endeavors. This light body balm, composed of active ingredients: magnesium and caffeine, with jojoba oil, which is great for massage, is recommended after any workout, not necessarily an ultramarathon in the mountains. The "Mountain Adventure" balm smells of warmed pine needles and resin, which further relaxes and soothes. The balm's formula contains: Pure water - a pleasant base for this type of cosmetics. Neutral to the skin, it dissolves many valuable active ingredients. Unrefined, golden jojoba oil - one of the best massage oils: it allows for a longer massage before absorption, applies smoothly, and glides silkily over the skin. It works very well on various skin types due to its gentleness and low comedogenicity. Shea butter - a mild, very versatile, and low-allergenic butter. It is characterized by a high content of natural vitamins A and E, which promote regeneration and soothe skin problems. It smooths and tones the skin. By creating a light protective film, it also protects it from the harmful effects of external factors. Magnesium sulfate – Magnesium salt, known for its ability to reduce tension and tone muscles after exercise. It reduces the feeling of "heavy legs." It is very beneficial for the skin because it binds water, moisturizing and softening it, and also has anti-inflammatory properties. Caffeine – known for its ability to stimulate circulation in the skin. This prevents swelling and improves lymphatic drainage. For these reasons, it is often used in anti-cellulite cosmetics, but these properties can also be used to relieve muscle fatigue and reduce the risk of muscle soreness. Isoamyl aurate – a plant-derived emollient that retains skin moisture while making the balm light and smooth to spread. Vitamin E – rightly called the vitamin of youth: it nourishes, regenerates, helps the skin recover from irritation and slows down the aging process. Cetearyl alcohol and cetearyl glucoside – give the cream a pleasant consistency. Juniper essential oil – an oil obtained by steam distillation of juniper berries. It stimulates circulation in the skin and has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It smells resinous, balsamic, bringing depth and a touch of coolness. Vanilla Absolute - moisturizes, but above all, it smells so good! The scent is warm, deep, spicy, and relaxing. It's a powerful ally for a good mood and a great companion to juniper, with which it creates a truly addictive counterpoint. Xanthan gum and lactic acid - are responsible for a stable consistency and an additional dose of hydration. The balm is preserved with a mixture approved by Ecocert, among others – benzyl alcohol and dehydroacetic acid. They have been added in minimal amounts to prevent the growth of harmful microorganisms. And that's all. The balm contains no dyes or other unnecessary fillers.
