Apply a layer of hybrid polish in your chosen color, then use tweezers or a wooden stick to place the flowers in the desired locations. Cure in an LED/UV lamp. 4. Apply a layer of HARD TOP to protect and finish the look. *If the surface isn't perfectly smooth, apply another layer of top coat. 5. Cure in an LED/UV lamp and then clean with Cleaner.
