The Black Cumin CCD preparation is a dietary supplement combining black cumin seed oil, garlic oil macerate standardized for alliin content, and vitamin D3.
Black cumin oil is obtained from black cumin seeds, also known as Egyptian black cumin. It is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fatty acids, including polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as omega-6 acids. Linoleic acid (LA), belonging to the omega-6 group, helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 10 g of LA. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats helps maintain proper blood cholesterol levels (mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids are unsaturated fats).
