BLACKCURRANT HYDROLATE Blackcurrant hydrolate (Ribes Nigrum) is produced by steam distillation of organically grown blackcurrant leaves. Blackcurrant hydrolate has many valuable properties: it has anti-wrinkle properties; it reduces redness and strengthens the walls of blood vessels; it regulates sebum secretion; it is recommended for all skin types, but especially for skin problems, oily skin, and discoloration; it narrows skin pores; it gently brightens discolorations and evens out skin tone; it can be used as a facial toner, restoring the proper pH to the skin; it has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties; it can be applied to dilated blood vessels; it moisturizes, regenerates, and soothes. The product may contain particles of blackcurrant oil and currant leaves.
