Properties:
MIOVELIA PRO is a preparation consisting of a sachet for preparing a solution and a vitamin-mineral capsule (recommended daily dose). The sachet contains myo- and D-chiro-inositol, which are B vitamins, as well as whey protein – alpha-lactalbumin.

The ingredients contained in the capsule contribute to:
- maintaining normal homocysteine metabolism (choline, folates, vitamin B12),
- the cell division process (vitamin D, B12, folic acid),
- the proper functioning of the immune system (vitamin D, B6, folates, B12).
The iodine contained in the preparation has a beneficial effect on the functioning of the thyroid gland and the maintenance of cognitive functions, and together with vitamins B6 and B12 it also supports the maintenance of normal energy metabolism. Moreover, vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Folates in Miovelia PRO are the FolActiv® formula, a combination of folic acid and its active form, which supports cell division, essential for fetal growth. The use of FolActiv® is particularly beneficial for people with slower folic acid metabolism, which affects every second woman in Poland.

h4>Directions for use:Consume 1 sachet and 1 capsule once daily. The product has an orange flavor (sachet).
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 50 ml of water, stirring vigorously until dissolved. The presence of a small amount of sediment is due to the use of natural orange flavor.
Take immediately after preparing the serving, during a low-carbohydrate meal. Consume the capsule simultaneously with the prepared drink from the sachet.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for the functioning of the human body. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The beneficial effects of the preparation's ingredients, referred to in the health claims, result from the appropriate amount of active ingredients used according to the directions for use.

- Do not consume with other products containing vitamin D, iodine, or folate.
- The product contains an allergen: cow's milk protein. Do not use the product if you are allergic to cow's milk protein or lactose intolerant.
- The sachet contains a natural flavor (orange).

Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation and uncontrolled hyperthyroidism.
- If you are taking medication, consult a doctor before using the product.
- Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol contained in the sachet may cause mild gastrointestinal disorders.
