Properties
MIOVELIA PCOS is a preparation containing ingredients that contribute to maintaining normal homocysteine metabolism, participate in the process of cell division (B12, folic acid), and support the proper functioning of the immune system (vitamin B6, folates, B12). The folates in MIOVELIA PCOS are the FolActiv® formula, a combination of folic acid and its active form. Using FolActiv® is particularly beneficial for people with slower folic acid metabolism, which affects every second woman in Poland.* Vitamins B6 and B12 also support maintaining normal energy metabolism. Moreover, vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Directions for use:
The daily dose is: 1 Hashin capsule + 1-2 Mio capsules, which should be consumed according to the following schedule:
- 1 – one Hashin capsule + one Mio capsule with breakfast
- 2 – the second Mio capsule (optional) should be consumed with the next meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for the functioning of the human body. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The beneficial effects of the preparation's ingredients, referred to in the health claims, result from the appropriate amount of active ingredients used in accordance with the directions for use.
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to any of the preparation's ingredients.
- Do not consume with other products containing vitamin D or selenium.
- Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women.
Important information:
The myo-inositol contained in the MIO capsule may cause mild gastrointestinal disorders. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. In such a case, the capsules should be consumed at intervals. Best before end: Best before date and batch number on the bottom of the package.
