Miovelia NAC
Miovelia NAC is a specialized preparation used to stimulate ovulation in women trying to conceive. The product is recommended for women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), the most common endocrine disorder among women of reproductive age.1.
Miovelia NAC contains N-acetyl L-cysteine (NAC), which stimulates ovulation, thus increasing the chances of fertilization.2. It is an ingredient with multifaceted action:
- increases tissue sensitivity to insulin,
- reduces insulin concentration in the blood,
- reduces androgen levels,
- influences the process of insulin release in response to glucose,
- has antioxidant and mucolytic properties,
- influences the integrity of vessels3,4.
Miovelia NAC is recommended for women with fertility disorders, which may be the result of, among others, poor nutrition or oxidative stress. NAC is a compound that stimulates ovulation in women with PCOS, including those with insulin resistance.
The dosage of MIOVELIA NAC for 5 consecutive days, starting on day 3 of the menstrual cycle, is based on studies using NAC at a dose of 1200 mg in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)5-8. Studies have shown that the use of NAC in women with PCOS stimulates ovulation and increases pregnancy rates2. It does not cause ovarian hyperstimulation9.
The preparation can also be used during clomiphene citrate therapy, used to treat infertility in women caused by anovulation6,7. The preparation should be used under the supervision of a physician.

Instructions for use:
