During the treatment, do not use a pumice stone, file, or other callus removers. The length of the exfoliation process depends on the condition of the skin on your feet before the treatment. How to use:
Wash and dry your feet.
Carefully remove the product from the packaging and place the soaked pad on your heel
(STEP 1). Unfold the protective cover
(STEP 2) and wrap it around the heel with the soaked pad.
Secure the material with the adhesive sticker.
Leave on your heels for 90 to 120 minutes, depending on the condition of your heels.
Remove the heel pads and rinse off any remaining liquid with warm water.
The skin on your heels will begin to peel 5 to 14 days after use.
