The fetal heart rate (FHR) is extremely important and is the basis for checking whether the fetus is healthy.
Recording changes in the FHR helps detect signs of fetal hypoxia. Fetal monitoring at home mainly involves listening to the fetal heartbeat and checking for changes in the FHR, which help significantly increase the safety of the fetus. Reference range of the fetal heart rate: 110bpm-160bpm.
The fetus moves in the pregnant woman's abdomen, and therefore the position of detecting the fetal heartbeat may change.
Depending on the stage of pregnancy, the heartbeat can be felt in different places on the abdomen. You should patiently and calmly determine the baby's position in the abdomen. It is normal for the baby's heart rate to be variable - the fetus will respond to changes in your position, e.g., from sitting to lying down. Activity can also be triggered by the mother's strong emotions, sounds that reach the baby, and food (e.g., sweets).

- Remember to wash the probe thoroughly after each use.
- If you don't plan to use the device for an extended period, we recommend removing the batteries. This simple action will preserve their lifespan and prevent accidental discharge.
- Our fetal heart rate monitor is a helpful tool, but remember that it does not completely replace conventional heartbeat measurement methods. If in doubt, always consult your doctor!
- If the measurement results are concerning, don't worry - repeat the measurement several times. If necessary, use other available measurement methods. Your peaceful well-being is our top priority!
