How to use:• Aromatherapy / bath: Add 4-6 drops of oil to an aroma lamp or bathtub.• For sleep problems: Apply a small amount of oil to the pillow before going to bed.• For acne, dermatitis, eczema: Mix the oil with a carrier oil (e.g., hazel, jojoba, or tea tree), soak a cotton pad, and gently apply to the affected area.• For massage: Dilute 20 drops in 50 ml of carrier oil (e.g., argan or coconut).• For superficial burns and bites: Apply a thin layer to the irritated skin area.
