Menstrual Cup S, 1 pc.

A menstrual cup is a great alternative to tampons and pads.

The cup is made of medical-grade thermoplastic. Made without silicone, latex, BPA, and phthalates.

Size S – recommended for women under 18 who have not yet had sex.

How to insert a menstrual cup?Wash your hands thoroughly and assume a comfortable position. Squeeze the cup on both sides and bring the walls together, then form the folded cup into a U-shape. Hold the folded cup in one hand, and with the other, spread your labia, point the cup towards your tailbone or the base of your spine, and insert it. The ideal position of the cup is when it is lower than the inserted tampon. After inserting the cup, loosen it and it will open and fit. To ensure the cup is inserted correctly, grasp its base and rotate it 360 degrees. A correctly inserted cup easily completes a full rotation.

How to remove a menstrual cup?The cup should be emptied at least once every 12 hours, but this also depends on the intensity of your menstrual flow. Before removing the menstrual cup, wash your hands thoroughly and get into a comfortable position. Then, using your index finger and thumb, grasp the stem or base of the cup. This will be easier if you use your abdominal or pelvic muscles to push the cup down. Gently pull on the stem of the cup until you can no longer grasp the base. Once you have removed the cup completely, hold it upright and then empty it by pouring the contents into the toilet. The cup should be washed with clean, preferably warm, water (remembering to thoroughly clean the ventilation holes) and it is ready to be used again. If you don't have access to running water when emptying the cup, you can even use tissues or toilet paper to clean the cup.

Remember that the cup should be emptied every 12 hours or more often – depending on your needs.

You can also use your menstrual cup at night and while exercising.
