The activity of glycerin has been enhanced by the addition of compounds that work in synergy with it: a new-generation molecule called isosorbide dicaprylate and a sugar trio, known under the trade name Aquaxyl (Xylitylglucoside, Anhydroxylitol, Xylitol). They support glycerin's transport through the epidermis and strengthen the skin barrier by stimulating the production of ceramides, which help the skin regenerate faster and be more resistant to irritation.
Ectoine (1%) moisturizes and soothes, and reduces the negative effects of environmental stressors such as air pollution, free radicals, blue light, and visible light. The formula also includes calming, skin-soothing substances: allantoin and bisabolol, which further enhance the cream's soothing properties. We especially recommend this product for skin prone to imperfections, but it's actually very versatile and will fit into almost any skincare routine.
