Smartballs are vaginal balls, also known as Geisha balls, used to train pelvic floor muscles in the safest way. Don't confuse them with progressive balls, which can damage the muscles! The vibrations of the balls perfectly train the pelvic floor muscles, strengthen the Kegel muscles, and improve vaginal elasticity, which ultimately allows you to experience greater pleasure from sex. WHAT THE TRAINING LOOKS LIKE
The balls are administered vaginally. As you move, the balls spin, causing the entire device to vibrate and shift your center of gravity during active activities: • walking • climbing stairs • running • vibrations caused by movement stimulate muscles, which contract spontaneously through biofeedback, automatically and involuntarily. Training occurs involuntarily. After training, the SMARTBALLS can be easily removed using a silicone string. SMARTBALLS are used for a period of several minutes to approximately 45 minutes a day, daily or several times a week – depending on whether they are used preventatively or as a treatment aid. Gradually increasing the duration of use is recommended. The balls should be used regularly. When supporting treatment in accordance with the recommendations of the European Association of Urology, biofeedback training should be used intensively, daily for a period of 8-12 weeks.

USE UNNOTIFIED DURING THE DAY
For best results, exercises should be performed during normal movement. The balls can be used from a few minutes to several hours a day. After consulting a doctor, they can be used after childbirth along with other exercises. The ergonomically shaped finger recess makes it easy to insert the balls into the vagina. ONE OR TWO BALLS?
