Instructions for burning a soy candle:1) Before lighting the candle, check the wick length. The optimal length is approximately 0.5 cm. If the wick is longer, shorten it to avoid a smoky, jumping flame. You can use specially designed wick scissors (their shape makes them easy to use in deep candles), or use classic office scissors.2) While the candle is burning, do not extinguish it until the wax has melted all the way to the edges of the container. This will ensure the candle burns evenly and avoids the "tunneling" effect, thus using all the wax and allowing you to enjoy the candle longer.3) Burning the candle too long can cause the wick to "elongate," which may result in slight smoking. It's a good idea to extinguish the candle, wait for the wax to cool slightly, shorten the wick, and relight it. 4) To extinguish the candle, using a candle snuffer is the best choice. Otherwise, an underextinguished wick (for example, when blowing out the flame) will produce significantly more smoke.
