Instructions for burning a soy candle:1) Before lighting the candle, check the wick length. The optimal wick length is approximately 0.5 cm. If the wick is longer, shorten it to avoid a smoky, jumping flame. You can use specially designed wick scissors (their shape makes them convenient for use in deep candles) or use classic office scissors. 2) When the candle is burning, do not extinguish it until the wax has melted all the way to the edges of the container. This will help the candle burn evenly and prevent the "tunneling" effect, allowing you to use all the wax and enjoy the candle longer. 3) Burning the candle for too long can cause the wick to "elongate," which can cause slight smoking. In this case, it's a good idea to extinguish the candle, wait for the wax to harden slightly, shorten the wick, and relight it. 4) To extinguish the candle, the best choice is to use a candle snuffer. Otherwise, a partially extinguished wick (for example, when blowing out the flame) will release significantly more smoke.
