Flaem Hygiene Box is a box for disinfection and storage of accessories.
Suitable for: chemical disinfection, disinfection with water in a microwave oven, compatible with all aerosol therapy accessories. The Flaem Hygiene Box is made of polypropylene mixed with the antibacterial additive BioCote®, which ensures surfaces are protected 24 hours a day and has antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties, inhibiting bacterial survival by up to 99.99%.
Benefits of BioCote protection:
Special surface. Bacteria cannot survive on a BioCote®-protected surface. On an unprotected surface, bacteria begin to grow and multiply.

Chemical disinfection:
For chemical disinfection, you can put in any items that fit in the box that can be chemically disinfected, for example a nebulizer set.
Place the accessories in the Flaem Hygiene Box.
Mix 1 liter of disinfectant solution according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Fill the Flaem Hygiene Box until the solution covers the accessories.
Allow the disinfectant solution to work according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
Turn the Flaem Hygiene Box upside down and let the solution drain, then remove the accessories, rinse (according to the disinfectant manufacturer's recommendations) and dry the accessories without wiping them.
Disinfection in Microwave:
When disinfecting in the microwave, all nebulization accessories can be inserted, except for the PVC tube or when the manufacturer has not specified this type of disinfection in the properties.
Fill the Flaem Hygiene Box with 100 ml of drinking water (the water must reach the lines on the sides). For better cleaning, we recommend using demineralized water.
Then insert the accessories and close the lid.
Place the Flaem Hygiene Box in the microwave and start heating according to the indicated times, based on the available microwave power.
After heating, wait a few minutes before removing the Flaem Hygiene Box from the oven to allow the outer surface to cool down. Warning: Risk of burns!
Then place the Flaem Hygiene Box on the sink counter or on an absorbent surface, turn it upside down and let the hot water run out, then remove the accessories and dry them without rubbing them.
