The Ghibli Plus can operate in two modes. While it's important for the treatment of the lower respiratory tract that the drug particle be as small as possible, slightly larger particles are desirable for the treatment of the larynx and pharynx. The Ghibli Plus inhaler allows you to change the size of the administered drug particles, which is why in the high speed mode it is ideal for the treatment of subglottic laryngitis (KRUP).
Additionally, together with the optional FLAEM Rhino Clear nebulizer, it is ideal for the treatment of the upper respiratory tract.

The FLAEM GHIBLI Plus pneumatic piston inhaler is equipped with an efficient and modern FLAEM nebulizer, model RF6 Basic2.
The parameters of FLAEM nebulizers are tested by the independent research institute TÜV Rheinland and are compliant with the guidelines and Polish and European standards for nebulization devices.
