The femaltiker® plus dietary supplement supports a woman's body during lactation, especially in the initial stage. What does femaltiker® plus contain – ingredient properties:
- Shortly malted barley malt The barley malt contained in femaltiker® plus is briefly malted to contain as many nutrients as possible. The malting process increases the bioavailability of the proteins and carbohydrates contained in the barley malt. Barley malt is known for its milk-promoting properties; its use as a lactation support is considered good lactation practice by experts.1
- Folic acid - FolActiv® Adequate folate intake in the diet, including during lactation, contributes to normal blood production. 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) is the main form of folate storage in the human body, and therefore the predominant form of folate in breast milk.
- Choline Supports the development of the child's nervous system7. It also has the potential to modify the nutritional value of milk and influence its quantity8.
- Vitamin B6 Is an important component in the diet of a breastfeeding woman, which also influences the concentration of this vitamin in breast milk.
- Vitamin B12 Is an ingredient that influences the child's development process, and as a source of methyl residues (together with choline, vitamin B6, and folates) is important for DNA reading10.
- Lemon balm extract Has a soothing and calming effect in states of irritation and emotional tension.2
Directions for use:
Take 1-2 sachets daily with a meal. Your doctor or lactation specialist may recommend a different method of using the product. It is recommended to consume femaltiker® plus 30 minutes to 1 hour before planned breastfeeding/expressing.
Wash your hands before preparing the solution. Use clean utensils. Pour the powder from the sachet into a glass or cup, dissolve in approximately 150 ml of milk (cold or warm), and mix thoroughly. If necessary, you can use other types of plant-based drinks, such as barley, soy, rice, oat, spelt, or water. The product can also be mixed with natural or flavored yogurt.
How to use femaltiker® plus?
The product can be taken throughout breastfeeding, i.e. at the beginning to initiate lactation, and during lactation to stimulate milk production and regulate its amount.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for the functioning of the human body. This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. The product contains cereals which are a source of gluten (from barley malt).
Storage:
Store in a dry place, at room temperature (15 to 25°C), out of the reach and sight of small children.
