SKIN CYCLING – DAY 1 – EXFOLIATION PHASE

Apply the moisturizing and calming cream using the sandwich method (a few minutes after applying the acid product) during your evening care routine. In the morning, reapply the same cream to soothe the skin, and then apply an SPF cream for sun protection.
SKIN CYCLING – DAY 2 – RETINOL PHASE
Night: Smoothing face serum 0.3% RETINOL
Day/Night: Intensively moisturizing eye cream
