EMOTOPIC BACTERIA CONTROL These medical devices are the first line of therapy in the treatment, soothing, and prevention of atopic dermatitis (AD) flare-ups. The innovative BIOMSKIN™ ingredient complex, which forms the basis of dermatologically advanced formulas, was created for patients with frequent flare-ups associated with excessive skin colonization by Staphylococcus aureus, typical of AD. BIOMSKIN™ has a triple barrier effect: I. it soothes local inflammation, most often caused by Staphylococcus aureus; II. it supports the balance of the natural epidermal microbiota; III. It prevents secondary infections and frequent recurrence of skin reactions by creating a mechanical barrier on the skin's surface, preventing inflammation often caused by Staphylococcus aureus. ACTION: The product has a soothing effect, reducing the severity of existing symptoms (redness, burning, and persistent itching) in atopic dermatitis. It reduces the occurrence of skin reactions during the treatment of atopic dermatitis flares. The balm alleviates symptoms resulting from excessive dryness, such as roughness and scaling. It reduces the risk of inflammation in patients with chronic atopic dermatitis by restoring the barrier function of the epidermis. It contains ceramides, which further strengthen the barrier function, protecting against the harmful effects of allergens and microorganisms and preventing irritation. Humectants in the formula bind water molecules, moisturizing the skin. Regular use creates the right conditions for the epidermis to regenerate within the affected skin, allowing for longer periods of remission.
HOW TO USE:This product is intended for external use only. For daily use on the entire body, 1-2 times a day. Do not use on the face. Apply the balm to cleansed and dry skin, spreading gently. It is recommended to use the product after each wash. For continuous, alternating, or proactive therapy, as recommended by a physician. The product can be used by patients at home and in healthcare facilities.
INDICATIONS: This balm is indicated for the relief of symptoms of atopic dermatitis (AD), characterized by, among other things, redness and the presence of inflammatory lesions (often associated with excessive colonization of the affected skin with Staphylococcus aureus). Also recommended for people with chronic atopic dermatitis (thickened, dry, and often flaky skin). This product is recommended for daily use. It can be used long-term.
